Jebin Dhoj Shahi was born on 1979 in the capital city of Nepal- Kathmandu. He finished his Masters from Tribhuvan University under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science in Nepal with Bachelors in Business Studies. He belongs to sportive family background as son of Lt. Puskar Dhoj Shahi (Olympian-boxer & national coach) and Mrs. Honey Shahi, wife Mrs. Sashi and daughter Jyotsna Shahi. Youngest President of ‘A’ Division Club by All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) at the age of 24 among Nepalese ‘A’ division clubs at Martyrs Memorial ANFA San Miguel ‘A’ Division League Football Tournament held in Kathmandu in the year 2002.

Assisted more than 140 humanitarian entrants to settle in Sydney, Australia and exited from IHSS and HSS services and referred to post-IHSS/HSS services since 25th September 2009 to current working as case coordinator/case manager in ACL IHSS (Navitas English) and Settlement Services International.
